An Editor's Note:

For as long as I've maintained the BookScans website, I've struggled with how to display certain groups of books. Many publishers in the U.S. produced volumes that were clearly intended for distribution only in Canada. I'm still  not sure where to put those cover scans.

DAW Books, a publisher of Science Fiction novels, did the same with many US-printed books. But they also printed books in Canada, not only for distribution there, but even a few intended for their neighbor to the south. Bill Taylor is helping me sort things out. Soon, I'll add a section of purely Canadian DAW covers to the "Non-US" section of BookScans.

How They're Sorted in This Update:

The images in the Updates are computer-sorted. I will put them all in proper sequence in their respective "Publishers' Folders" on the site. But here, all of the Gold Medal "s" books will come after the "g" and "k" books, etc., rather than in strict order of publication (numerically).

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that the BookScans database does not include books printed after 1979.
