Achim von Wiedner

This is the gateway page to the private booklist of Achim von Wiedner, who has scoured the internet in order to classify and document adults-only books. The list is in Excel.

There are a few things you should know:

First, the list is an ongoing project, and is thus incomplete and constantly changing. I will try to update it as often as possible on the BookScans website.

Where Achim believes there to be missing information, he has either left a blank space in his database, or he filled in spaces with X's. So, for example, if you see a title listed next to a book number like "DP-XXXX," he is fairly certain that the volume has a 4-digit number preceded by "DP." A blank next to book number allows him to fill in that title at a later date.

The list is sorted by book prefix. "E.L. Publishing" is first because that run had no book numbers. It is followed by book number prefixes A, AA, AB, and so on. Publishers and labels are identified at the beginning of each run.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This list is far more inclusive than BookScans, which is designed to only show images of books printed BEFORE 1980. It is therefore very possible that you might not be able to find a corresponding cover scan included in this website.

Of special interest are his comments, which sometimes document multiple printings of novels, sometimes using different titles, authors (pseudonyms), and even publishers.
