Arranged alphabetically by author and provides an essay of his or her writings. The fantasy version of the authors’ previous book on science fiction. They continue to recommend other authors to read if you like the current author’s work. A listing of series titles by author are provided towards the end. The major fantasy awards have a listing after with information on the Gandalf Award, the World Fantasy Awards, and The British Awards. And they also provide a brief history of fantasy to end the book. Like their science fiction title, out-of-date at this time.
