Foreword by the author explaining what he was trying to accomplish with the index. This index contains much information not in any other publications of this type. The author includes publication date, month and year, publisher number and also the price for every printing that he was aware of. The titles are arranged chronologically and are cross-referenced by author. It would be nice to see something like this for other paperback companies.
