The Nebula Awards are presented by Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America and voted on by the professionals. The World Fantasy Awards are presented at the World Fantasy Convention. All of the nominees and winners are listed. It only covers up through the 1997 season. Recommended, but needs to be updated each year or periodically.
