As in Rottensteiner’s previous book, many of illustrations are from the pulps, comics, movies, paperbacks, and cover both fantasy and horror. A number of illustrations might be new to most people. The author does provide a long bibliography; many of the titles are of European titles. And there is an index. Pick this up to go with the authors’ science fiction title.
