Centipede Press, Lakewood, CO, 2012. Oversized trade paperback, 516 pages. So far, there is no "Volume Two." A nice introduction by Thomas Renzi includes some color paperback cover illustrations. Fourteen of Woolrich's novelettes, including Marihuana (which you can read here without creasing your Dell 10¢ book). At least one of the tales is under a different name from that originally published (It Had to Be Murder is listed under the title Hitchcock gave it: Rear Window). A lot of great reading here.
