First and last 26 pages are of color cover illustrations. The rest of the book reproduces numerous B&W interior magazine illustrations. Numerous stories are republished from various men's magazines of the 60s and 70s, including such hits as: Bloodbath of the Love-Crazy Countess, Love Tortures of the Borneo Death Mask Killers and Teenage Torturers of Terre Haute.

The only attribution is in the Table of Contents, though it lists much of the art as "uncredited."
