First and last eight pages are of color cover illustrations. The rest of the book reproduces numerous B&W interior magazine illustrations. Numerous stories are republished from various men's magazines of the 60s and 70s, including such hits as: Nazi Madhouse Zoo of Ravaged Women and Virgin Brides for Satan's Lust Orgies.

The only attribution is in the Table of Contents, though it lists much of the art as "uncredited."
