First and last eight pages are of color cover illustrations. The rest of the book reproduces numerous B&W interior magazine illustrations. Numerous stories are republished from various men's magazines of the 60s and 70s, including such hits as: Trapped by the Nazis' Kissing She-Devil of Agony,  Love Tortures of the Borneo Death Mask Killers, and Writhe, My Lovely, in the tent of Torture!

The only attribution is in the Table of Contents, though it lists much of the art as "uncredited."
