This is the publication given to the participants of the annual convention: PULPFEST, that used to be held annually in Columbus, OH, and has since moved near Pittsburgh. It's normally around the end of July or early August.

The publication is very well done and quite informative. Topics include value, collectibility, insights, authors, artists and generally everything "pulp."
