A very small (4 X 5¼ inches) paperback. Each page contains one interior illustration from Spicy Detective Stories magazine.  The B&W illustrations are annotated to include whatever writing accompanied the original pictures. ("He reached down with a hungry chuckle, her dress came tearing off as she pulled away from him.") There is no mention of which issue or what story the illustrations are from.
