Feral Press 2003. Hardcover, 251 pages (8¾ X 11¼).  Incredible history of the crime novel from the 1800's through the 1960's. Very much like the Taschen Men's Adventure Magazines. Chock full of color cover reproductions and articles similar to those in the Taschen book. Few repeated covers though, so you can imagine that there were probably enough covers to do yet another book. Wonder who will publish it!
