2001, Collectors Press. Oversized hardcover in dust jacket.    9 ¼" X 12 ". 318 pages. A big, flashy, well-bound book. Full color illustrations on slick, glossy pages throughout. The book is well written and informative, with chapters interspersed with art from hundreds of the more famous covers. The price inside the dust jacket is $60, and I've seen the book on ABE selling for anywhere from $20 to $120. This is going to become one of the "must have" reference books for collectors.
