Krause Publications, Iola, WI. 2006 (Second Edition). Trade paperback. 448 pages. (6 X 9). Introduction by the author. This covers many chapters on banned books, biographies, mystery, science fiction, occult and paranormal, and many other subjects. All of the book covers are presented in full color. The prices range from Near Fine/Fine to Good/Very Good. I’m amazed at some of the prices on the ones that I own. Many paperback covers are shown. There is a long section on how to identify first editions. A long section on pseudonyms seems to be more complete for certain authors than you would expect.
